Tebuconazole Uygulamalarının Hıyar (Cucumis sativus L.) Fidelerindeki Etkisinin Morfolojik ve Moleküler Yöntemler ile Belirlenmesi

Aim of this study was to determine the effect tebuconazole applications on cucumber seedling via morphological and molecular methods. In order most appropriate dose different concentrations (25, 50, 75, 100, 125 150 ppm) affecting quality preventing possible genotoxic effects, retrotransposon motility at all doses determined. Overall, 75 ppm determined achieve an increase dry matter leaf chlorophyll content. study, Tebuconazole controled height affected specific characteristics seedlings.
